Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Free Standard Shipping (3-7 days) on all domestic orders.
  • Expedited (2nd day air) is calculated based on weight.

International Shipping: cost is calculated based on real time USPS carrier rates. Customers are responsible for any duty and custom fees (import charges) when your package arrives - contact your local customs office for information regarding duties and other taxes. If packages are refused for failure to pay import fees, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the items less the shipping and any additional fees associated with returning the package to us. 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order shipment receipt and all returned product must be in new, unused condition. All returns must be approved in advance and must include a supplied Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns received outside of the allowed return window or without an RMA number are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty is honored on manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover forgotten lock combination on cables. DocksLocks products are a theft deterrent and, as such, there is no express or implied warranty in regards to theft prevention or damage to property while using DocksLocks products.
